<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">A report published by Excelsior (Mexican newspaper), a 21-year-old man, a native Mexican, accidentally shot himself to the head which ended his life while posing for a selfie with a gun loaded with bullets. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">This man was identified as Oscar Otero Aguilar who was having a drinking session with his friends named as Omar Abner Campos Vives and and “El Paco” in the northern part of Mexico City when the catastrophic event occurred. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Oscar had a habit of taking selfies based on the observation from his Facebook account which revealed many images of him along with alcohol beverages and/or ladies. He also had selfie shots with luxury sports cars and big bikes as well as being part of a band. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">However, when he was trying to take a selfie with a gun aimed to his head while drinking, he accidentally pulled the gun trigger rather than the camera shutter. This incident killed him, being unable to upload his last and final selfie. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The Ministry of Public Service also confirmed that it was an accident on Aguilar's part by not realizing that he was using a gun loaded with bullets. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">His friends also added that he was playing round with the gun when it suddenly went off and shot himself straight in his head that caused his death. </span><br />

Baby Aldrin was scheduled to be embalmed last Saturday, August 2, 2014, when he loudly cried which strongly showed that he is not dead. </center>

As per the police officer, he was the first one to hear the baby crying and he immediately uncovered the infant from being wrapped with white cloth so he could breathe and took him back to the hospital. </center>

Aldrin's parents really thought that he was already dead after taking off all his life support. </center>

</center>

The doctor who managed the case of this 'miracle baby' refused to be interviewed on cam. But he strongly believes that the baby no longer had a heartbeat when it was first brought to General Santos Doctor's Hospital last July 20, 2014. </center>

According to the medical records, this baby also has sepsis and pneumonia, but the pediatric ward personnel made clear that they did not declare that the baby was already dead at that time. </center>

It was the parents' decision to release the baby from the hospital because Aldrin was not moving anymore and hospital bills were already too high (P100,000). </center>

More than 400,000 Indians face risk of flooding after Nepal landslide

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">(Reuters) - More than 400,000 people in Bihar face the risk of flooding after a landslide that killed at least nine people in neighbouring Nepal, a government official said on Sunday, as thousands were being evacuated.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The landslide triggered by heavy rains has left scores of people missing and has created a mud dam blocking the Sunkoshi river, which runs into Bihar as the Kosi river.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The fear is that as Nepal tries to blast its way through the landslide to clear it, it will unleash a torrent of water across densely populated Bihar.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Around 425,000 people could be affected by the floods and authorities have already evacuated 44,000 across seven districts of Bihar, said Ashok Kumar, an officer at the state's disaster management unit.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">"We are shifting people from the area where the water is expected to reach," Kumar said. He added that 117 relief camps have been set up in the region so far.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">In some places the authorities have had to force people to leave their homes, said S.S. Guleria, deputy inspector general at the National Disaster Response Force.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">"Many are unwilling to leave their homes, but we are trying to evacuate them by force, keeping in view the impending troubles," Guleria said.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is in Kathmandu to speed up negotiations on a power trade pact, has expressed concern over the situation in Bihar and said all possible assistance should be made available.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The home ministry said in a statement that while the amount of water that had flowed downstream so far was not alarming, the flow could increase suddenly at any time.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Gopal Prasad Parajuli, governor of Nepal's Sindhupalchowk, said further small earth slips had been recorded after the massive landslide, hampering rescue and search operations.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Army technicians were preparing to set off another controlled blast to drain more water off of the mud dam on Sunday. They carried out two such blasts on Saturday.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The Kosi river has been a problem for both India and Nepal after it broke its banks in 2008 and changed its course, submerging swathes of land, affecting more than 2 million people in Bihar and killing more than 500.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Monsoon rains are crucial for farm-dependent India and Nepal, but scores of people die every year in landslides and floods caused by heavy downpours.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Heavy rains in June last year inundated towns and villages and killed thousands in the Indian state of Uttarakhand and dozens more in the neighbouring district of Darchula in west Nepal.</span><br />
